Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including account details, tenant settings, CRM records, contacts, activities, campaign configuration, and support messages. If you connect Gmail, we may process Gmail metadata and message content needed to identify new contacts, find dormant relationships, and show CRM correspondence.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Zeptrix services, including authentication, tenant administration, CRM workflows, email integration, support, and operational monitoring.
Google User Data
If you authorize Gmail access, Zeptrix uses Google user data only to provide user-facing CRM features that you configure. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Access is limited to the scopes you authorize and can be revoked from your Google Account at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the service, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and security, or complete transactions requested by you.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, credential protection, and access controls. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of account data by contacting us.
Your Choices
You may update CRM data in the application, disconnect integrations, revoke Google access in your Google Account, or contact us for data access or deletion requests.
