Customer Data

You retain rights to data you submit to the service. You grant Zeptrix permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

Integrations

If you connect third-party services such as Gmail, you authorize Zeptrix to access and process the connected data only for configured CRM functionality. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect those services.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operations, upload malicious content, or use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeptrix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
